Supported Living Areas

Supported living accommodation provides individuals with the support and housing they need to live independently. We carefully assess each person's needs to match them with suitable accommodation.

Time 4 U supports individuals from most counties across England including:
London boroughs, Kent & Medway, East Sussex, Bedfordshire, Milton Keynes, Hampshire, Devon and Bristol. We cater to a wide range of preferences and requirements.

PARTNERING FOR CARE

We are a leading care provider committed to delivering exceptional support to individuals in need. We work closely with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) to ensure our services meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Our partnership with local authorities and the NHS enables us to identify and meet the diverse needs of our clients. By collaborating with social services, we can develop tailored care plans that address individuals’ specific requirements. Our integrated approach ensures seamless support, whether it’s providing in-home care, assisting with hospital discharge, or offering respite care.

OUR SUPPORTED ACCOMMODATION REFERRAL PROCESS

Time 4 U welcomes supported accommodation referrals from voluntary, statutory, and private sector organisations.

Upon receiving a referral, we conduct a comprehensive assessment to determine the appropriate level of support required. This includes a home visit to the individual’s current residence. Our aim is to collaborate with families and care managers to ensure we can effectively meet the individual's needs.

While we strive to accommodate as many referrals as possible, certain criteria may limit our ability to provide support in specific cases. For more information on our referral process or supported accommodation, please contact us at support@time4ugroup.co.uk or 0800 023 2188.
