Senior Leadership Team
Helping young people transition smoothly
At Time 4 U, we work with social workers to understand their needs and create a
safe transition plan. Our team uses a special approach to support these young
people, including those with challenging behaviours.
Supportive community
We offer a variety of supported living services tailored to individual
needs, including mental health, learning disabilities, and complex care. Our
services range from domiciliary care to intensive rehabilitation, with
accommodation options to match.

Across England, we have several properties with key amenities and convenient
transportation nearby. Each location fosters a sense of belonging, encouraging a
friendly and supportive environment. Social inclusion is a core value, and we aim
to empower individuals to connect with their communities.
Beyond care: building a better future
Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) is an evidence-based method that helps us
understand the root causes behind challenging behaviours; this personalised
approach allows us to go beyond simply managing them, and instead, develop
tailored solutions that promote dignity, respect, and independence.

We utilise applied behaviour analysis to develop a deep understanding of each
individual, ensuring our support is tailored to their unique needs. PBS empowers
our team to deliver high-quality care and supported living services that are truly
patient-focused.
